The teachers who are registering in the www.aips.lk website will be referred as “Tutor Instructor” or “Tutor”, whereas the students who are registering will be referred as “subscriber” or “Paid Subscriber”.
Our readers who register on www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk will be referred to as “Subscribers”.
Changes to rules and regulations
We reserve the full right to revise any of these Rules and Regulations, Terms and Conditions, at any time deemed necessary by us, and all our users are deemed to be duly apprised of and legally bound by any such changes we shall make to these Rules and Regulations at anytime deemed necessary by us.

By continuing to use our services further, you hereby Declare that all the information submitted by you are correct and true, and if any information turns out to be false, you should take full responsibility for providing false information and you will not hold “US”, the Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd organization liable at all. By registering and login in to our sites mentioned above in this document you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance to agree and abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the state governing world wide web.

You will solemnly agree that it is your sole responsibility to choose the most appropriate Certificate / Undergraduate / Pre University / Postgraduate / Diploma placement in a University, Affiliated College or a Faculty affiliated to a recognized university Overseas of your desire from information given on www.studyoverseas.lk and at a personal counselling session at our office.
Payments
You will be fully aware that all payments paid by you now, or before agreeing to this Terms and Conditions and the Privacy policy, are Non-Refundable payments as such you will not claim or demand any money or refund under any circumstances. (This includes Subscription fees paid to Our Sites, Registration Fees, Admission fees, Membership fees, Lodgement fees, University / College fees and Travel Payments paid to an Overseas institution or to Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd, or Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. Or any fees paid for Academic course fees any other information, materials, products or services obtained through our sites www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk.
As a condition of taking up a place at any University or College overseas, you will disclose on a continuing basis any relevant, unspent criminal convictions.
You will take full responsibility for selecting the most preferred University or College with most preferred Hostel facilities for yourself. Your Educational Consultant Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd, or Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd will have only shown you the available possibilities with fees structures given to us by the respective University or College.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that all deposits, tuition or course and other fees and charges payable to Overseas University or College or Hostels or for the Websites managed by Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd to which you have willingly subscribed, and for online and physically held courses you may follow at the Institute of Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd are paid when due.
Your offer letter or Expenditure Certificate from relevant Overseas Academic Institutions will state the amount of tuition fees and other fees that you will be required to pay. Where a third party (such as a sponsor or employer) is responsible for payment on your behalf, you will make sure that they make payments on time, otherwise you could find yourself liable for payments, in which case legal action can be taken according to the prevailing rules and regulations in the country by us.
Non-payment of fees and/or charges for any information, materials, products or services, could result in the University, College or us taking legal action against you to recover outstanding amounts.
If you cease to be a student of the University or College, Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd or Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd, you may opt to delete your account in our sites and cease to continue the use of our service, information, materials, products etc,… you may still be liable for any outstanding fees and charges and your ongoing subscriptions will still be effective unless you unsubscribe before you delete your account.
In any of the above cases your local Counselling Consultant, us’ Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd or Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd will not be held liable or responsible.
You will 100% agree unconditionally not to claim or demand any money or refunds under any circumstance paid in any regard. (This includes Administration & processing fees, Registration fees, Subscription fees, Reconfirmation fees, Lodgement Fees, membership fees, University or college fees paid to the university out of Sri Lanka’s soil or in Sri Lanka to Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd or Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd and Tour and Travel Payments, Flight ticket payments paid in Sri Lanka or Overseas etc,….)
Furthermore, each tutor instructor will be rewarded an agreed amount as a commission for the students that are introduced and register for any degree or master programs that are available through Consultancy of Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd or Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd.
The payments for the articles, poems and short stories will be made only for the work that are done as per the criteria given in our websites.
BY REGISTERING AND LOGIN IN TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, THROUGH www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND TEARMS AND CONDITIONS PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE.
AND YOU HEREBY AGREE WITHOUT ANY OBJECTION ON THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND WAIVE OFF ALL YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT TO SUE US OR TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION ON WHATSOEVER GROUNDS AGAINST AMASA INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (PVT) LTD, STUDY OVERSEAS (PVT) LTD AND AMASA HOLDINGS (PVT) LTD.
YOU HEREBY ALSO WAIVE OFF ANY LEGAL RIGHT TO CLAIM FOR ANY REFUND OF ANY PAYMENT YOU HAVE MADE TO US AMASA INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (PVT) LTD, STUDY OVERSEAS (PVT) LTD AND AMASA HOLDINGS (PVT) LTD OR ANY OF OUR DIRECTORS BEFORE OR AFTER REGISTERING AND LOGIN IN TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, THROUGH ANY OF “OUR SITES” www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk.
Submitting True Documents
You hereby declare & most solemnly swear, that all the information & Documents ( Original Final A/L & O/L Certificates, Passport, NIC, Birth certificate, recently taken coloured photograph of yourself, School leaving certificate, Character certificate etc.) provided by you are correct & true. If any of the above documents turn out to be forged or inaccurate for any reason you will take the entire responsibility & will solemnly face necessary legal action in regard.
The tutor instructor is bound to fill and submit the tutor instructor registration form to use the following services in addition to the services that are provided to the general users.

· Virtual classes

When submitting your articles, poems or short stories you are agreeing to the following conditions.
The work that you are submitting must be an original content that is creative and should maintain a high quality and grammatically correct.
The required word count should be as follows,
· Articles – minimum 1,200 words
· Short stories – minimum 1,000 words
· Poems – No restricted word count
The work that you submit is not a copy or scarped from any website and created by your own effort.
You will not submit the work that you have done in your personal blog or in any other websites when been published in any of our sites www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk.
When using images, you will use images that have a common license or images that are free to use. Moreover, the content that you will be submitting will be checked by our own filtering system.
Declaration on possible future issues
We the Amasa Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd or Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd or our sites www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk. will not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever for consequences of any failure or delay, in performance of any contract with you, due to any event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, area or country lockdowns or other industrial action or disputes (whether involving our workforce or any other party), acts of God, pandemic, quarantine or widespread illness (whether affecting University or College staff and/or student body or otherwise), governmental requisitioning, emergency planning or provision, war, protests, fire, flood, storm, tempest, explosion, an actual, suspected or threatened act of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, national emergencies, breakdown of plant or machinery, or default of suppliers or sub-contractors etc,….
Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd will be only showing you your future Higher Educational possibilities & options which you could choose for through www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk. It is your full responsibility to select the suitable faculty / University / College & Hostel of your preference, and you will hold full responsibility for your actions.
You hereby grant permission to Amasa Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Study Overseas (Pvt) Ltd and Amasa Institute of Professional Studies (Pvt) Ltd or our sites www.aips.lk, www.revieworacle.com or www.studyoverseas.lk to use your Pictures and details that you provide to us, that you publish in Social media online etc,.. in our propaganda materials.
